The subject of the contract is the supply of reagents and materials necessary for carrying out laboratory tests, along with the leasing of analysers for the Laboratory of the Municipal Hospital named after Jan Garduła in Świnoujście Sp. z o.o. The contract has been divided into 11 tasks (parts). It includes, in particular, the supply of reagents and consumable materials, the leasing of appropriate analysers and ensuring their proper functioning under the conditions specified in the contract documents. The detailed scope of the contract for the individual tasks, the technical and quality requirements, the delivery conditions and the requirements relating to the leasing of analysers are specified in the contract documents.
