Each lot will be awarded separately. The services are paid for by lump sums. The project involves the construction of a boarding school building with an approximate surface area of 1450 m², comprising a basement, a ground floor, and two floors. This boarding school will house, on the ground floor, the student lounge/house, as well as activity rooms with the inclusion aspect. Moreover, the Region will take advantage of this operation to renovate and secure the student reception forecourt. The operation also provides for the replacement of the bicycle storage.
