The subject of the procurement is the integration platform (MuleSoft) and environment maintenance of the Regional Centre for Public Works (hereinafter also referred to as Tilakeskus) with the integration competence centre (ICC) model. The subject of the procurement is generally described in the appendix 1 "Description of the subject of the procurement" of the invitation to tender. The procurement will be implemented through a competitive negotiated procedure in accordance with this procurement notice.
