The subject of this procurement is the examination and release of cost estimates (KVA) and the reconciliation of the proforma invoice with the KVA from specialist companies for service, maintenance and repair measures according to the examination criteria defined by the contracting authority. The examination of KVA is divided into two different types of examinations: - The automated basic examination is carried out systematically for each KVA. - The manual in-depth examination is carried out for certain vehicles, based on the automated basic examination. For the examination of KVA and the reconciliation of the proforma invoices, as well as their release, the contractor provides a web portal in its system as a digital workplace, via which specialist companies can upload their KVA, other documents and proforma invoices and manage their conditions. At the same time, the contracting authority can carry out the necessary examinations, reconciliations and releases in this web portal. In the future, the released KVA, possibly together with the necessary documents, may be made available to the contracting authority via an interface in the contracting authority's future system.
