Poland – Gaseous fuels – Kompleksowa dostawa gazu ziemnego wysokometanowego (grupa E) do obiektów Uzdrowiska Ciechocinek SA w okresie od 01.01.2027 r. do 31.12.2027 r.

The subject of the contract is described in Section 4 of the SWZ. Specifically: The subject of the contract is the comprehensive supply of high-methane natural gas designated as E in accordance with the Act of 10 April 1997 – Energy Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2026, item 43, as amended), including sale and distribution. The estimated demand is 11 409 665 kWh (including: base order: 8 776 669 kWh and 30% option: 2 632 996 kWh) to 11 sites of the Buyer, listed in Annex 7a to the SWZ (list of gas take-off points), with the reservation that the commencement of supplies will take place after the successful termination by the contractor of the current comprehensive agreements for the sale of gaseous fuel with the current seller. The Buyer envisages the possibility of exercising the option right within the framework of this contract. As part of the option right, the Buyer reserves the right to purchase additional quantities of natural gas in the event that the Buyer's needs are greater than the indicated estimated quantity of gaseous fuel for each of the gas take-off points listed in Annex 7a. The Buyer reserves the right to increase the quantity of gaseous fuel in each tariff group, for each site in relation to the values given in the annex to the contract. The maximum estimated additional quantity of gas that can be ordered under the option – up to 30% of the estimated quantity of gas specified in the contract.
