Poland – Special-purpose road passenger-transport services – Dowóz uczniów niepełnosprawnych do szkół wraz z opieką w roku szkolnym 2026/2027

The subject of the contract is the provision of transport services for the conveyance and care during conveyance of disabled pupils residing in the municipality of Kobyłka to primary and secondary schools or other educational establishments listed in art. 2 point 7 of the Act of 14 December 2016 on Education (Journal of Laws 2026 item 820). 2. The subject of the contract includes transport from the pupils' place of residence to primary schools, secondary schools and other educational establishments and return from the aforementioned establishments to the pupils' place of residence, as well as providing care during transport. 3. This contract is divided into 3 parts: Part I: Transport of disabled pupils to educational establishments located in Kobyłka in the school year 2026/2027; Part II: Transport of disabled pupils to educational establishments located in Wołomin, Ostrówka and Radzymin in the school year 2026/2027; Part III: Transport of disabled pupils to educational establishments located in Warsaw in the school year 2026/2027.
