The subject of the contract is the provision of public transport services for passenger transport in the Mielec county, in accordance with the requirements described in Annex 1 to the SWZ and in accordance with the draft contract constituting Annex 4 to the SWZ. 2. The subject of the contract has been divided into 20 Parts, within the scope of which the Contracting Authority allows the submission of partial offers. 3. The Contractor, at their discretion, may submit an offer for one selected part, several selected parts or all parts of the contract. The Contracting Authority does not limit the number of contract parts that may be awarded to one Contractor. 4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex 1 to the SWZ and the Draft Contract constituting Annex 4 to the SWZ. 5.
