The provision of the service of operating municipal passenger transport in the city and municipality of Wieluń, on routes specified by the Contracting Authority, constituting a comprehensive transport network, according to timetables specified by the Contracting Authority, on weekdays, Saturdays, and Sundays and public holidays, in accordance with the SWZ, this OPZ, annexes and the provisions of the contract. The Contractor is obliged to ensure the number of vehicles necessary for the proper implementation of all trips resulting from the timetable, where the minimum number of basic vehicles is 12 buses. a) Basic buses must have a minimum of 32 seats, including a minimum of 10 seats. b) At least 8 basic buses must have at least two doors on the right side of the vehicle, mechanically controlled by the driver, where each door must be equipped with a system for automatic return upon encountering resistance when closing, protecting the passenger from being trapped. c) Buses, as mentioned in point b, must be equipped with technical solutions enabling safe entry, exit, and transport of persons with disabilities or persons with reduced mobility, in particular a folding ramp or other equivalent technical solution ensuring safe entry, exit, and transport of such persons. These buses must also have a designated space for a wheelchair, if such an obligation arises from the construction and equipment of the vehicle. The number of kilometres within the planned transport based on the planned timetable is, on average, with the reservation of possible minor differences resulting from the organisation of the trips: on weekdays approximately 1 690 km daily, on Saturdays approximately 229 km, on Sundays and public holidays approximately 250 km. The preliminary estimated number of bus-kilometres for the period of service provision is approximately 1 432 151 bus-km.
