The subject of the order is: transport to and from schools and pre-school facilities run by the Municipality of Dolice, as well as schools and pre-schools in Barlink and Stargard, from locations within the Municipality of Dolice. The contracting authority will also require the selected bidder to provide care for the transported pupils during boarding and alighting from the vehicle and during transport. Care must be provided by a person other than the driver. The preliminary schedule of transport and description of individual routes are presented in tables 1 to 4 in Annex 6 to this SWZ. The total average daily length of the routes performed daily, i.e. from 1 to 4 covered by the procedure, is approximately 445.16 km (of which, on average daily, route 1 – 118 km, route 2 – 109.12 km, route 3 – 148 km, route 4 – 70.4 km). The contracting authority allows for the possibility of changing the daily length of the routes (increasing or decreasing) depending on the weekly schedule of school activities in individual schools, the results of the qualifications of students participating in the projects implemented by the contracting authority, and in situations where it was not possible to predict at the time of commencement of this tender procedure. The contracting authority reserves the right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with the provisions of Article 456 of the PZP Act. The contracting authority will accept the length of the route from the place of commencement of the service (the first stop related to the transport to schools) to the place of completion of the service (the last stop related to the return of pupils). The contracting authority will refuse to pay for the journey to the place of commencement of the service and the return of the vehicle to the place of parking (garaging). Note: - The contracting authority reserves the right to instruct the selected contractor to perform the service in quantities greater than those resulting from Annex 6 to this SWZ, if such a need arises during the implementation of the contract, and the contracting authority could not have foreseen this at the time of commencement of this tender procedure. The contractor will be obliged to perform them and will accept the rates adopted in the tender procedure (calculation sheet in Annex 6). The instruction, referred to above, to perform the service in quantities greater than described in Annex 6 to the SWZ, may not exceed 30% of the route length specified in Annex 6 (30% relates to the weekly dimension of the route length). - The contracting authority reserves the right to instruct the selected contractor to perform the service in quantities less than those resulting from Annex 6 to this SWZ, if such a need arises during the implementation of the contract, and the contracting authority could not have foreseen this at the time of commencement of this tender procedure. The contractor will be obliged to perform them and will accept the rates adopted in the tender procedure (calculation sheet in Annex 6). The instruction, referred to above, to perform the service in quantities less than described in Annex 6 to the SWZ, may not exceed 35% of the route length specified in Annex 6 (35% relates to the weekly dimension of the route length).
