The North Ostrobothnia well-being region (Pohde) requests tenders on behalf of itself and the units in its cooperation area for sterile culture media from a pharmacy. The cooperation area includes, in addition to Pohde, the well-being regions of Kainuu, Lapland and Central Ostrobothnia. The subject of the procurement are sterile microbiological culture media used in a cleanroom environment to control the production processes of sterile medicinal products and to test aseptic working methods. The procurement includes, in particular, tryptone soya broth-based culture media in various packaging formats and sterile injection vials suitable for use with culture media. Some of the products are intended for use with an automated robot, in which case the products must meet the dimensional requirements specified in a separate appendix. The more detailed content of the procurement, the products, packaging requirements and consumption quantities are presented in the appendix "Products and Prices". The bidder must offer all the products included in the comparison in the appendix. The contract period is estimated to be 1.10.2026 - 30.9.2028. The contract can be extended by two one-year option periods. The procurement quantities stated in the tender notice are estimated annual consumption quantities and are communicated to bidders solely to assist in the preparation of the tender. The procurement contract does not constitute a binding obligation on the procuring entity, as the actual consumption may be higher or lower. The estimated value of the procurement is approximately 100 000 €. By submitting a tender, the bidder commits to all the conditions of this tender notice and its appendices.
