The subject of the procurement is the provision of IT expert services for the maintenance and development of support systems related to emergency centre operations. The Emergency Services Agency uses a security network (TUVE) that meets the high readiness and security requirements of public administration security authorities, based on the law on the security network operations of public administration (10/2015). The expert work specified in the subject of the procurement maintains the support systems of the Emergency Services Agency, which are located in the Valtorin TL III and TL IV environments. In addition, the subject of the procurement includes expert work for the development of support systems. The services included in the procurement are described in general terms in Annex 1 "Description of the Subject of the Procurement" of the invitation to participate. CONTRACT PERIOD The duration of the contract period is four (4) years. The target is to bring the procurement contract into force in September 2026. PROCUREMENT SIZE The total size of the procurement for the contract period is approximately 1280 htp, of which the maintenance work share is 480 htp and the development expert work share is approximately 800 htp.
