Poland – Natural gas – Kompleksowa dostawa gazu ziemnego zaazotowanego (grupa Lw) oraz gazu ziemnego wysokometanowego (grupa E) dla Powiatu Rawickiego i jego jednostek organizacyjnych na okres od 01.01.2027 r. do 31.12.2027 r.

The subject of the contract is the comprehensive supply of nitrogenated natural gas (group Lw) and high-methane natural gas (group E) for the gas intake point(s) (PPG) according to Annex 1 to SWZ - supply of gaseous fuel along with the distribution service to the Contracting Authority's facilities, with a maximum fuel demand of 3 932 054 kWh (base contract), including gaseous fuel billed according to tariff prices in the amount of 3 617 014 kWh and billed according to competitive prices in the amount of 315 040 kWh. 2. The gaseous fuel must be delivered 24/7 to the delivery-receiving points listed in Annex 1 to SWZ, which is a set of gas devices serving to connect the internal network, owned by the Contracting Authority, with the gas network of the system operator.
