The contract concerns the management (including the administration) of Energiefonds Overijssel. It involves, among other things, taking over the existing portfolio, the current commitments, and the continued investment in promising projects that contribute to the goals in the provincial Energy Vision. Energiefonds Overijssel consists of two companies: Energiefonds Overijssel I B.V. (EFO I), which provides venture capital, and Energiefonds Overijssel II B.V.
