The detailed description of the order, related to the collection, transport and disposal of waste with code 20 01 08 and category 3, processing or transfer for processing of hazardous and non-hazardous waste, as well as the disposal of medical waste, from the areas of military complexes supplied by 15 WOG in Szczecin, is as follows: 1. for part 1 entitled "Service of collection, transport and disposal of waste with code 20 08 01 and waste category 3 from the areas of military complexes supplied by 15 WOG Szczecin" in Annex No. 3 to SWZ, including: Description of the subject of the order, Model Agreement and Price Form. The subject of the order should be implemented on the basis of the above annexes. 2. for part 2 entitled "Service of collection, transport and processing or transfer for processing of hazardous and non-hazardous waste from the areas of military units supplied by 15 Military Supply Unit in Szczecin" in Annex No. 4 to SWZ, including: Description of the subject of the order, Model Agreement and Price Form. The subject of the order should be implemented on the basis of the above annexes. 3. for part 3 entitled "Service of collection, transport and disposal of medical waste, including infectious medical waste, from the areas of military units supplied by 15 Military Supply Unit in Szczecin" in Annex No. 5 to SWZ, including: Description of the subject of the order, Model Agreement and Price Form. The subject of the order should be implemented on the basis of the above annexes.
