France – Geotechnical engineering services – ACCORD-CADRE A BONS DE COMMANDE POUR DES MISSIONS D'INGENIERIE ET D'ETUDES GEOTECHNIQUES

This consultation concerns the performance of engineering and geotechnical study missions within the framework of new construction, rehabilitation, acquisition-improvement, demolition, residentialisation and/or disposal of heritage operations on the heritage of the SA LES RÉSIDENCES, which extends over the departments of Yvelines and Essonne. This consultation is awarded in the form of an open tender, in accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2 and R. 2124-2 1° of the Public Procurement Code. In accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 2113-10, L. 2113-11 and R. 113-2 of the Public Procurement Code, the BUYER has chosen not to divide the contract into lots. The subject of the present contract does not allow the identification of separate services. The present contract is concluded in the form of a public contract for intellectual services at a unit price. The present contract is handled in the form of a multi-provider framework agreement as per Article R. 2162-2 of the Public Procurement Code, which is executed by the issuance of purchase orders in accordance with Articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the aforementioned Code. This framework agreement is concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 500,000.00 euros (excl. VAT) over the duration of the framework agreement.
