Poland – Refuse disposal and treatment – Usługa polegająca na sukcesywnym zagospodarowaniu przez poddanie procesowi odzysku, odpadów o kodzie 19 12 12 – inne odpady (w tym zmieszane substancje i przedmioty) z mechanicznej obróbki odpadów inne niż wymienione w 19 12 11 pochodzących z frakcji nadsitowej z waloryzacji kompostu wytwarzanego z odpadów ulegających biodegradacji

The subject of the order includes: 1) Acceptance of waste with code 19 12 12 from the Waste Management Plant in Poznań sp. z o. o. from the location of the Biokompostownia in Poznań at ul. Meteorytowa 3, 2) Transport of waste with code 19 12 12 from the place indicated in point 1) above to the final disposal site of the accepted waste by subjecting them to a recovery process in the facility provided by the contractor and indicated in the contract. The ordering party allows for the indirect transfer of waste to the final waste disposal site, with the proviso that the intermediate stage of waste management can only be their processing (including in processes and places other than the final disposal site). The ordering party does not allow the collection process of waste to be carried out as part of the implementation of the order, 3) Ensuring the acceptance of waste with code 19 12 12 at any disposal site of the indicated waste fraction provided by the Contractor and indicated in the contract. 4) Disposal through the recovery of waste with code 19 12 12 accepted by the Contractor from the ordering party, 5) Implementation of all remaining obligations, including accounting and reporting as well as information-related obligations related to the waste management process from the moment of their acceptance by the contractor until the final disposal through recovery. 2. The service includes: 1) acceptance, transport, and disposal through recovery of the waste fraction with code 19 12 12, 2) service provided on the above-mentioned waste fraction in an amount not exceeding 900 Mg in the period from 04.01.2027 to 31.12.2027 (or until the earlier achievement of the total contract value limit). The ordering party guarantees the implementation of a minimum of 20% of the order. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is contained in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ – Description of the Subject of the Order together with Annexes (OPZ).
