1. The TOP_PLUSZ-1.3.2-23 coded call for proposals titled "Sustainable Urban Development" (hereinafter: Downtown) I. Livable Communities Activity Group C) Community, Cultural, Sports Infrastructure, ICT and Smart City Developments II. Community Activities a) 100% municipally owned spaces, renovation, reconstruction, and construction of public spaces, including the demolition of existing structures, necessary utility relocations, installation, new traffic and pavement construction, modernization and installation of public lighting, placement of street furniture, planting of vegetation, extensive green walls, and water surfaces. The project aims to: - raise the sidewalk and road level to the same height (from wall to wall); - replace the pavement of the affected public spaces with a removable pavement solution; - increase green spaces; - create green spaces around the "Dancing Girl Statue" located at the Szarka Géza Square on the Táncsics M. utca – Kossuth utca junction; - preserve the three trees (one of which is protected) in front of the properties at Kossuth utca 9-15; - reconstruct and modernize the rainwater drainage system. 2. Within the framework of the project titled "Pozsonyi út urban road development for the Öreghegy district" under the TOP_PLUSZ-1.3.2-23 coded call for proposals titled "Sustainable Urban Development", the overall objective of the investment is to renovate the Pozsonyi út in the Öreghegy district of Székesfehérvár, replace the pavement, and strengthen the substructures as needed, and replace the sidewalk pavement to make pedestrian traffic safer. The possibility of developing cycling infrastructure will also be examined during project preparation. The development area is the section of Pozsonyi út between Fiskális út and Zsolnai utca. The development aims to: - renovate the road pavement (replace asphalt pavement, replace the entire road structure on certain sections, and replace the soil if necessary) - renovate the sidewalk along the entire length of the road (with cobblestone pavement), design pedestrian crossings where sidewalks cannot be provided on both sides - examine the possibility of creating cycle lanes, open lanes to promote cycling as widely as possible - review the length of bus bays and correct them if necessary (with basalt concrete pavement) - design two new pedestrian crossings based on preliminary surveys, along with local modernization of public lighting. - design the renovation of the rainwater drainage system - if necessary 3. Rácbánya is located in the Ráchegy district of Székesfehérvár and can be accessed from Apatini utca. It is a special green area of Székesfehérvár, where the westernmost part of the granite main rock of the Velencei-hegység can be seen. Its entire area is a nearly 5-hectare reclaimed granite quarry, a geological site of outstanding value, 3 ha of which is municipally owned and the subject of the development. The area is bordered by a family housing zone and can be accessed by a solid-paved road. The concept and detailed designs for the project titled "Nature conservation area habitat management interventions for biodiversity conservation in Székesfehérvár" with the identifier TOP_PLUSZ-1.3.2-23-SF1-2025-00002. The development affects the following properties located within the administrative area of Székesfehérvár: 8000 Székesfehérvár, Apatini utca 19., cadastral number 9524 (main site), 8000 Székesfehérvár, Apatini utca 21., cadastral number 9528/1.
