Germany – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Leistungen der Verkehrsanlagen-, Freianlagen- und technische Ausrüstungsplanung für die Umgestaltung des Marktplatzes in Spandau

The contract covers services for the planning of transport facilities, open spaces, and technical equipment in accordance with the HOAI, including special services. The basis is an existing design planning (LPh 3) which is to be continued. The aim is to redesign an inner-city market square into a multifunctional, barrier-free, and climate-adapted urban space. The services include integral planning, coordination of all parties involved, participation procedures, and site management. The construction costs for the construction measure, according to DIN 276, cost groups 100 to 600, are specified at approximately 6.00 million (gross). Construction is scheduled to begin in 2028, with completion by no later than 2032. The contract is awarded in stages, initially up to performance phase 5 with optional further contract.
