1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electrical energy for the University of Life Sciences in Lublin. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 3. The forecasted amount of electrical energy that the Purchaser intends to purchase during the period of the contract is 5,779,200.00 kWh. The Purchaser reserves the right that this quantity is indicative and does not constitute a commitment by the Purchaser to purchase electrical energy in the specified amount. The actual amount of electrical energy purchased will result from the Purchaser's current needs during the execution of the contract. The Purchaser also anticipates that the amount of energy purchased may decrease compared to the above forecast, but not more than 15% of the quantity indicated above.
