The subject of the present tender procedure is: Supply of specialist medical equipment for specialist clinics to improve the quality of healthcare services at University Clinical Hospital No. 2 of the Medical University of Lodz (hereinafter referred to as the Equipment), in accordance with the type of assortment and quantities specified in the "Price and Quantity Form" being Annex 2 to the SWZ, in accordance with the "Offer Form", being Annex 1 to the SWZ and meeting the boundary parameters specified in the annex "Technical Parameters" - Annex 1a to the Offer Form and in accordance with the annex "Warranty and Service Conditions" - Annex 1b to the Offer Form. 2. The subject of the order includes the supply of: 2.1. Package no. 1 - Dental units.
