Building automation island area "Henne-Kaserne Erfurt"

This tender is for a building automation framework contract according to the central regulations of the Bundeswehr. This framework contract is intended to provide a long-term contractual arrangement for:

- all new building automation systems to be constructed,

- a possible migration of the existing system,

- the restructuring of the GA communications bus, and

- all modifications and extensions to the existing automation technology.

All services to be provided by the contractor during the contract period can be ordered on this basis. The framework contract applies to the island area "Henne-Kaserne, Erfurt" including Henne-Kaserne, Löberfeld-Kaserne, and the BwDLZ in Thälmannstraße, Erfurt. A total of approximately 12,000 data points are available in all 3 properties. The service includes:

- expansion of the field level with sensors and actuators

- approximately 110,000 lm of cables and lines

- approximately 115 populated control cabinets of various sizes

- approximately 88 automation stations

- 1 island control centre

- dismantling work

- measurements and complete documentation

The contracting authority reserves the right to award the contract based on the first offer.
