The subject of the contract is the supply of single-use surgical procedure kits, personal protective equipment, instrument and equipment covers, hereinafter referred to as the goods, which meet the description and boundary parameters and are in accordance with the assortment and quantities specified in the Price and Quantity Form, Annex 2 to the SWZ, in accordance with the Offer Form, Annex 1 to the SWZ.
