Collection, sorting, and, if necessary, breaking down into transportable sizes, loading, and handing over for (pre)treatment of waste illegally abandoned by unknown persons on the railway line and/or adjacent land and/or properties managed by MÁV Pályaműködtetési Zrt. The contracting authority cannot provide quantitative data on the waste to be removed, as the quantity of waste (illegally abandoned waste) cannot be determined in advance. The contracting authority has set the total value of the framework agreement at a net value of 385 million HUF, with the contracting authority undertaking a 70% call-off commitment. In the case of the removal of illegally abandoned, waste tyres, the client requests a position from the concessionaire prior to removal to check whether the 16 01 03 waste meets all three of the above points, i.e. whether it can be removed via the contractual partner.
