Denmark – Foul-water piping construction work – Spildevandskloakering af Kastrup Strand og Kastrupvej (Etape 1)

The procurement includes earth, sewer, and paving works for the establishment of sewer pipe systems in Søvej, Strandgården Vest, Strandgården Øst, Strandgården Tværvej, Kastrupvej, and certain properties on Bjergskovvej and Tobjergvej in the area near Kastrup Strand (Phase 1). The wastewater from the area will be diverted for treatment at Holbæk Wastewater Treatment Plant via separating pipe systems. The scope of work consists of the following approximate main quantities: - Approximately 3,300 m of ø160 – ø200 mm gravity pipes including associated manholes. - Approximately 2,000 m of ø110 mm pressure pipes. - New branch pipes to properties including inspection chambers. - Removal and reinstatement of paving over excavations on all roads and other areas where pipe systems are established. - TV inspection of completed pipes including branch pipes to inspection chambers. Application of the Public Procurement Act, Section 83 for Phase 2 and Phase 3: The contracting authority expects to purchase additional tasks from the winning tenderer by conducting a negotiated procedure without prior publication in accordance with the Public Procurement Act, Section 83 for subsequent similar wastewater sewerage projects ("repeat project") for Phase 2 and Phase 3. Prior to the award of these repeat projects, pursuant to the Public Procurement Act, Section 83, the contracting authority will publish a pre-notification, pursuant to the Act on the Complaints Board for Public Procurement (LBKG 2025-05-08 no. 448) Section 4. The conditions for the procedure, as well as the content and scope of Phase 2 and Phase 3, are further described in Section 24 of the Enterprise Contract.
