The subject of the order is the supply of energy and the purchase of energy surpluses generated in the Buyer's RES installations, for the needs of the objects of Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Komunalnej Sp. z o.o. in Katowice. The Buyer specifies the estimated, forecasted quantity of supplied energy at the level of 4 500,54 MWh during the contract period, but no less than 2500,00 MWh. The Buyer specifies the estimated, forecasted quantity of energy fed into the electricity grid during the contract period at the level of 438,70 MWh.
