France – Multi-dwelling buildings construction work – Construction d'un bâtiment de 12 logements locatifs sociaux, rue du Blauen à Village-Neuf

The project involves the construction of a collective residential building of type R+2, located on a plot of land in a residential area. The operation includes, in particular: - 12 social housing units; - a bicycle storage area on the ground floor; - 22 outdoor parking spaces; - the associated external landscaping and green spaces; - the various roads and networks required for the operation. The operation is designed to meet the requirements of the RE2020 level 2025. The project also aims for NF Habitat certification. The works are divided into 19 lots. Each lot will be subject to separate award.
