Poland – Diesel oil – BEZGOTÓWKOWE TANKOWANIE POJAZDÓW SŁUŻBOWYCH SP ZOZ WSPR W BIAŁYMSTOKU

The subject of the procedure is the cashless refuelling of diesel fuel for the official vehicles of SP ZOZ WSPR in Białystok, servicing Emergency Aid Units (ZPD), Stationing Points, as well as those on official trips throughout the country, and the refuelling of the aforementioned fuel in the city of Białystok when the SP ZOZ WSPR Fuel Station in Białystok at ul. Pogodnej 22 is non-operational, detailed in Annex No. 1 to SWZ – Description of the Subject of the Contract. The fuel must meet the currently applicable quality requirements in accordance with the Act of 25 August 2006 on the system of monitoring and controlling the quality of fuels (Dz.U.2025.1529 t.j. with later amendments) and the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on the quality requirements for liquid fuels (Dz.U.2024.1018) and the current Polish Standard PN-EN 590 or equivalent, and must be suitable for use in both summer and winter conditions. For this purpose, the Contractor will have diesel fuel adapted to the season during the winter period, i.e. from 16 November to the end of February, meeting the requirements of the aforementioned regulation.
