Poland – Solar photovoltaic modules – "Dostawa i montaż instalacji fotowoltaicznych w budynkach będących własnością Gminy Godów"

The subject of the contract is the delivery and installation of 10 photovoltaic installations in the area of the Municipality of Godów (part 1 and 4 of the contract) and the delivery and installation of 1 photovoltaic installation with energy storage (part 2 of the contract) and the delivery and installation of 1 photovoltaic installation with a heat pump for the needs of the heating and ventilation system (part 3 of the contract). The contracting authority, in accordance with Article 91(1) of the Public Procurement Law, allows the submission of partial offers in accordance with the division of the contract into 4 parts. The contractor is obliged to carry out the subject of this contract in accordance with the principle of “do no significant harm” (DNSH) as understood in Article 17 of the Regulation on Taxonomy and the Technical Guidelines of the European Commission on the application of the “do no significant harm” principle in relation to Regulation 2021/241, in particular by applying solutions in accordance with environmental protection regulations, rational management of resources and proper handling of waste.
