Poland – Snow-clearing services – Utrzymanie dróg w okresie letnim i zimowym na terenie Miasta Ruda Śląska

The subject of the contract is: "Maintenance of roads in the summer and winter periods in the area of the City of Ruda Śląska". The present contract constitutes a single entity and includes: 1) Winter road maintenance of I and II priority - scope 1; 2) Winter road maintenance of III and IV priority - scope 2; 3) Road cleaning - scope 3. Detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in annexes 2a-2c and 3a-3d to the SWZ. 2. The offer must cover the entire contract. The contracting authority does not allow the submission of partial offers. The justification for not splitting the contract into parts is contained in Section IV, paragraph 3 of the SWZ.
