- Building design LPH 2-4, 6-9 (LPH 6 + 7 in parts) according to HOAI

- Services according to the Construction Site Ordinance/SiGeKo according to AHO Booklet No. 15

- Consulting services in building physics according to HOAI

- Structural engineering LPH 2-6 according to HOAI + engineering control as a special service of performance level 4

- Specialist planning services for pollutants in buildings according to AHO Booklet No. 43

- Planning area for site clearance/demolition according to AHO Booklet No. 18

- Specialist planning TA AnlGr. 1-8 LPH 2-3 and 6-9 (LPH 6 in parts) according to HOAI

- Landscape design LPH 2-3 and 6-9 (LPH 6 in parts) according to HOAI

- Civil engineering works design LPH 2-3 and 6-9 (LPH 6 in parts) according to HOAI

The basic services of the above service packages will be supplemented by special services, in particular BIM services according to AIA for the service packages building design and TA. This is a service description with a service programme on the basis of which a general contractor will be commissioned, who, in addition to the construction work, will also prepare the execution planning.
