The subject of the contract is the provision of winter and summer cleaning services for municipal and internal roads, pedestrian crossings, pavements, parking spaces and disabled parking spaces within the city of Warsaw, under the administration of the Wola District, including those located in the Unattended Paid Parking Zone (SPPN). 2) The detailed scope, conditions and method of execution of the contract subject are specified in the draft contract clauses, also referred to as the contract template, which is Annex No. 6 to the SWZ, together with: a) Annex No. 3: - list of municipal roads – Table No. 1, - list of internal roads – Table No. 2, - list of pavements – Table No. 3, - list of pavements in SPPN – Table No. 4, - list of parking spaces in SPPN – Table No. 5, - list of unpaved roads – Table No. 6, - list of pedestrian crossings – Table No. 7, - list of disabled parking spaces – Table No. 8, b) Annex No. 4 – settlement map, c) provisions regarding standard V, in the context of winter cleaning, indicated in Annex No. 5 to the contract template, as well as the template of the Price Form, which is Annex No. 11 to the SWZ. 3) The contract will be executed for a period of 24 months from the date of signing the contract, but not earlier than from 01.11.2026, and not later than the exhaustion of the amount referred to in § 3(2) of the contract template.
