Subject of the public procurement: „Delivery of food products for the needs of children's institutions in the territory of Svishtov Municipality“ with the following distinct items: Distinct Item No. 1 – Cereal and cereal-based foods; Distinct Item No. 2 – Other food, grocery items and sauces; Distinct Item No. 3 – Eggs; Distinct Item No. 4 – Organic food products - oil, sugar and pasta. 2. Description of the subject of the public procurement: Forecast quantities for a period of 1 year: For Distinct Item No. 1 Delivery of cereal and cereal-based foods for the needs of children's institutions in the territory of Svishtov Municipality – 7 345 kg. For Distinct Item No. 2 Delivery of other food, grocery items and sauces for the needs of children's institutions in the territory of Svishtov Municipality – 5 016 kg. and 1 570 l. For Distinct Item No. 3 Delivery of eggs for the needs of children's institutions in the territory of Svishtov Municipality – 68 000 units. For Distinct Item No. 4 Delivery of organic food products - oil, sugar and pasta for the needs of children's institutions in the territory of Svishtov Municipality – 700 kg. and 250 l. The requirements for the packaging of the individual types of food products/stocks, as specified in this technical specification, must be observed. Each delivery must be certified with a document for the date of manufacture of the respective product and its shelf life. All food products must comply with quality requirements, the standards of the respective manufacturers and the applicable legal acts of the Republic of Bulgaria and the EU regulations governing the production, offering and transport of food products in the country. The quantities of products specified in the Technical Specifications by distinct items are forecast (indicative), not constant for the period of contract performance. The contracting authority reserves the right, within the framework of contract performance, to increase or decrease the quantities of the respective food products and goods, as well as not to order the entire assortment, in connection with the actual need for consumption of the serviced facilities. A participant may submit a tender for one, for several or for all distinct items. Each distinct item is the subject of a separate contract for the award of a public procurement.
