The subject of the procurement is the purchase of pipe installation and equipment assembly works related to Pori Energia Oy's energy storage project (district heating accumulator project). The tender will be conducted as a negotiated procedure in accordance with Section 38 of the Act on Procurement in Special Sectors (1398/2016). This procurement notice initiates the participation request phase of the tender. No tenders are to be submitted in this participation request phase.
