Poland – Electricity, heating, solar and nuclear energy – Dostawa energii elektrycznej do lokali i obiektów oraz na potrzeby oświetlenia drogowego na terenie Gminy Nowa Wieś Wielka

The subject of the contract is the supply of electrical energy with a total estimated volume of 3739,918 MWh. The supply of electrical energy will be for the needs of: premises and facilities, and street lighting. Distribution services are provided on the basis of separate contracts concluded between the Contracting Entities (recipients/payers) and the distribution system operator (DSO): ENEA Operator Sp. z o.o. The quality standards of electrical energy are described in the Act of 10 April 1997 - Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2026, item 43 as amended) and in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 22 March 2023 on the detailed conditions for the operation of the power system (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 919 as amended). The rules for shaping and calculating tariffs and settlements in the trade of electrical energy are specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 29 November 2022 on the method of shaping and calculating tariffs and the method of settlements in the trade of electrical energy (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 904 as amended).

Supply of electrical energy to premises and facilities.

1) Number of metering systems settling the consumed electrical energy: 93 units.

2) Total contractual power for the points of electrical energy take-off: 1478 kW.

3) Estimated consumption of electrical energy during the period of the contract's validity: 2863,386 MWh.

Supply of electrical energy for street lighting needs.

1) Number of metering systems settling the consumed electrical energy: 109 units.

2) Total contractual power for the points of electrical energy take-off: 463 kW.

3) Estimated consumption of electrical energy during the period of the contract's validity: 876,532 MWh.
