The subject of the order is the provision of services for the collection and removal of solid waste (municipal waste) non-segregated (mixed) and segregated (paper, glass, metals and plastics) from areas administered by the 28th Military Economic Unit in Siedlce in the years 2027-2028, divided into 4 tasks (parts), in the quantities specified in the price form – Annex 3A to SWZ and Subject of the Order Description - Annex 1, 1A, 1B, 1C to SWZ. The requirements and detailed description of the subject of the order are specified in Annex 1, 1A, 1B, 1C to SWZ – Subject of the Order Description. 3. The contractor is obliged to implement the order on the principles and conditions described in Annexes 6, 6A, 6B, 6C to SWZ – draft contractual provisions together with annexes. 4. The ordering party envisages the possibility of awarding the contractor orders as mentioned in Article 214(1)(7): 4.1. After the completion of the basic order provided for in 2027 – up to 50% of the value of the basic order, consisting in repeating similar services within 3 years from the date of awarding the basic order in the event of increased demand for the subject of the contract, in particular when the need to change the scope of the service will result from the delivery or transfer of additional complexes, units or institutions to the administration of the 28th Military Economic Unit. 4.2. After the completion of the basic order provided for in 2028 – up to 50% of the value of the basic order, consisting in repeating similar services within 3 years from the date of awarding the basic order in the event of increased demand for the subject of the contract, in particular when the need to change the scope of the service will result from the delivery or transfer of additional complexes, units or institutions to the administration of the 28th Military Economic Unit. 4.3. The order will be awarded subject to the ordering party having the financial means for this purpose. The award of the order will be implemented on the basis of a new contract.
