The subject of the public procurement contract includes the delivery, installation, integration, configuration, and commissioning of a complex system for working with artificial intelligence, as well as the support of the new and existing infrastructure, intended for the development and enhancement of the technological and analytical capacity of DANS. The system must provide a high-performance, secure, and sustainable environment for the processing and analysis of structured and unstructured data, the use and retraining of artificial intelligence (AI) models, including large language models (LLM), as well as the automation of processes for analysis, risk assessment, and threat prevention. The delivered hardware and software components must be integrated into a single technological solution, together with the existing infrastructure. To ensure the integration and operation of the entire system, support for the existing infrastructure must also be provided. The execution of the public procurement contract is structured into four activities, the types and quantities of which are detailed in the Technical Specification with a classification level of "Secret" pursuant to point 14 of Section II of Annex No. 1 to Article 25 in connection with Article 28, paragraph 2, point 2 and §1, point 13, point 14 and point 15, letter "b" of the Decree on the Protection of Classified Information.
