Romania – Surgical instruments – Furnizare materiale sanitare BLOC OPERATOR

II.1.4) Short description: This procedure aims to procure BLOC OPERATOR sanitary materials, divided into 8 lots, with the minimum technical specifications from Annex No. 1 and in the quantities provided in Annex No. 2 of the Terms of Reference. Any request for clarification must be sent in SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro/pub). In accordance with the provisions of Article 160 (2) of Law No. 98/2016 as amended, the Contracting Authority - the Purchaser sets the deadline by which economic operators can submit requests for clarification, as well as by which it will respond to all requests for clarification / additional information, as follows: 1. The deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. 2. The Contracting Authority - the Purchaser will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification by the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The deadline for responding to clarifications has been set, in accordance with the provisions of Article 161 of Law No. 98/2016 as amended, so that economic operators have an adequate period for analyzing the award documentation and, subsequently, for preparing tenders in light of the responses provided by the Contracting Authority - the Purchaser. Requests for clarification will be sent in editable format, in SEAP, signed with an extended electronic signature. The Contracting Authority is not obliged to respond to requests for clarification/additional information that were not submitted within the deadline set in Section I.3 of the Data Sheet.
