Germany – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Architekten-/ Objektplanungsleistungen zur energetischen Sanierung der Valentin-Ostertag-Schule Bad Dürkheim

The subject of the tender is the architectural design services for buildings and interior spaces (Section 34 HOAI, LPH 1-9, phased commissioning) for the energy renovation and modernisation of the Valentin-Ostertag-Schule in the town of Bad Dürkheim. The work will be carried out during ongoing school operations. The project includes subsidised energy measures for the building envelope and technical building equipment (TGA) (roof and facade insulation, replacement of windows, curtain walls and external doors, shutters/sun protection glazing, conversion of heating from gas to air-water heat pump, installation of decentralised ventilation systems with heat recovery and CO2 control). Additionally, separately billable, non-subsidised measures are part of the contract (renovation of ground-floor sanitary facilities, staircase enclosure as a fire protection measure, enlargement of basement windows with school exits, and the design consideration of a photovoltaic system from Stadtwerke Bad Dürkheim).
