The subject of the contract is to prepare the Project in accordance with the applicable Construction Law, the Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of 20 December 2021 on the detailed scope and form of design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, and the functional-user program (design documentation including the land development, architectural and construction, and technical project) for the construction of: a sanitary sewer network with connections in the locality of Biedrusko, gm. Suchy Las as part of the investment task 5-16-24-040-1 Suchy Las – sanitary sewerage in ul. Parkowa in Biedrusko along with obtaining a final building permit decision (AQUANET S.A. allows for the obtaining of a building permit in electronic form. Whether the building permit will be obtained in paper or electronic form is at the discretion of the Contractor) and to perform author supervision in the phase of implementation of the works carried out on the basis of the documentation constituting the subject of the contract from the date of conclusion of the contract with the Contractor for construction works until the signing of the final acceptance protocol for these works. The Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract is Annex No. 9 to the SWZ.
