Poland – Natural gas – Kompleksowa dostawa gazu ziemnego wysokometanowego typu E do budynków Gminy Mogilany i jej jednostek organizacyjnych

1. The subject of the procedure is the comprehensive supply of high-methane natural gas type E to the buildings of the Municipality of Mogilany and its organizational units. 2. The comprehensive gas supply will take place on the basis of an agreement containing the provisions of the sales agreement and the agreement for the provision of services for the transmission or distribution of gas (comprehensive agreement) and will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 - Energy Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2026, item 43 with later amendments) hereinafter referred to as the Energy Law, the Act of 23 April 1964 Civil Code (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2026, item 795) and the implementing regulations issued on the basis thereof. 3. The estimated demand for natural gas for the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2028 is 5,651,000 kWh. The above value is estimated, given to determine the value of the order, which does not reflect the actual or declared natural gas consumption during the contract period and in no way can be the basis for any claims by the Contractor. The Purchaser reserves the right to reduce or increase the amount of gas. The current operator of the Distribution System is Polska Spółka Gazownictwa Sp. z o.o. 4. The costs of using the subject of the Contract will include: the fee for the sale of gas, the subscription fee, the fixed distribution fee and the variable distribution fee. The recipient is classified by the relevant distribution system (OSD) into tariff groups with the designations W-1.1, W-2.1, W-3.12, W-3.6, W-4, W-5. 5. A detailed description of the subject of the order together with a list of natural gas intake points is contained in Annex No. 9 and in Annex No. 9.1 to the description of the subject of the order. The gas consumption declared in the above annexes is an estimated value and serves solely to calculate the price of the Offer.
