Poland – Construction work for water and sewage pipelines – Rozdział kanalizacji ogólnospławnej w rejonie ul. Harcerskiej w Katowicach

The subject of the project involves the division of the existing combined sewerage system by constructing a separate stormwater and sanitary sewerage network in the western part of Harcerska Street and Bieszczadzka Street in Katowice. In total, approximately 923.8m of network is to be implemented, including: a) approximately 427.7m of sanitary sewerage network in the range of diameters DN150-315mm PVC, including network objects such as reinforced concrete inspection chambers with a diameter of DN1000-1200mm and plastic chambers DN600mm, b) approximately 496.1m of stormwater sewerage network in the range of diameters DN200-630mm PVC, including network objects such as reinforced concrete inspection chambers with a diameter of DN800-1200mm, plastic chambers DN600mm and stormwater inlets. c) restoration of the surface in the strip of the planned construction and assembly works, d) elimination of the existing combined sewerage system. The above works will be carried out using the open-cut method.

3. Quality guarantee and warranty period for defects: The Purchaser requires that the quality guarantee period for the completed subject of the contract is at least 36 months from the date of final acceptance. The Purchaser requires that the warranty period for defects is 60 months from the date of final acceptance. The conditions of the guarantee and warranty are specified in Annex No. 8 to SWZ – draft contractual provisions.
