Germany – Repair, maintenance and associated services related to aircraft and other equipment – Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsleistungen Flugzeugpositionierungssystem (VDGS)

The FBB, as operator of BER Airport, intends to conclude a maintenance contract in its own name for the periodic maintenance, inspection, repair, and provision of other services for aircraft positioning systems. The contractor shall ensure the maximum availability, functionality, and operational safety of the systems through the provision of maintenance and repair services. The scope of services includes the maintenance of 62 aircraft docking positioning systems consisting of: - Pilot Display Unit (PDU) (Version: PA2 & PA3+) with position sign - Optical Sensor System (OSS) - Manual Control Box (MCB) - Software maintenance components of the docking positioning system - Hardware components of the docking central system consisting of TMAN-1 and TMAN-2 (redundancy) - Components of the communication structure (BER-LAN, FARMS)

In this context, spare parts and materials will of course be required to keep the systems operational and technically up-to-date. (Consideration of the necessary maintenance, possible spare parts and man-hours)
