Poland – Construction work – Modernizacja stacji elektroenergetycznej 110/15 kV Zambrów na terenie działalności PGE Dystrybucja S.A. Oddział Białystok, zgodnie z posiadaną dokumentacją projektową

1. The Subject of the Contract is the Modernisation of the 110/15 kV Zambrów Power Station within the area of activity of PGE Dystrybucja S.A. Białystok Branch, in accordance with the available project documentation; 2. The Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract includes Annex No. 1 to SWZ and Annex No. 1.1 to STWiORB; 3. The Contracting Authority requires the employment, under an employment contract by the Contractor or Subcontractor, of persons performing, during the execution of the contract, the activities specified in Annex No. 2 to SWZ. The method of verifying the employment of these persons and the Contracting Authority's rights in terms of controlling the Contractor's compliance with the requirements related to the employment of these persons, as well as the sanctions for non-compliance with these requirements, are contained in the draft provisions of the Contract, which constitute Annex No. 2 to SWZ; 4. The subject of the contract – Modernisation of the 110/15 kV Zambrów Power Station within the area of activity of PGE Dystrybucja S.A. Białystok Branch, in accordance with the available project documentation, is part of the project entitled "Development of the intelligent power grid in the area of PGE Dystrybucja S.A. Białystok Branch – II" co-financed from the European Fund for Eastern Poland 2021-2027 (Priority FEPW.02 Energy and Climate, Action FEPW.02.01 Energy Distribution) under the co-financing agreement no. FEPW.02.01-IP.03-0003/24-00; 5. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to invalidate the Public Procurement Procedure if the public funds intended to finance all or part of the contract are not granted to it. The Contracting Authority informs that, in accordance with Article 257 of the PZP Act, the possibility of invalidation of the Procedure on this basis has been provided for in the contract notice.
