ATTENTION! The contracting authority does not allow the submission of bids for two parts of the contract. One Contractor can submit a bid for only one part of the contract. The contract has been divided into two parts: a) Part 1 – Region 1 covers winter maintenance of roads, municipal pavements, and cycle and pedestrian paths in the districts of Bobrowniki Śląskie – Piekary Rudne, Centrum, Lasowice, Osada Jana, Sowice. Winter maintenance in Region 1 includes, among others, the following activities: on-call duty, snow removal and de-icing – standard 2 and standard 3, ice removal, additional snow removal and de-icing, control, preparation of documentation of performed activities, spot sweeping, post-winter sweeping, suspension of the winter maintenance period. The detailed description of the subject of the contract for Part 1 is contained in the annexes to the SWZ, i.e. the template contract for Part 1 together with its annexes – Annex 8a to the SWZ, the description of the subject of the contract for Part 1 constituting Annex 2 to the contract template entitled "Winter Maintenance Rules" for Region 1 together with Annex 1, Annex 7 and Annex 8 to the contract. b) Part 2 – Region 2 covers winter maintenance of roads in the districts: Pniowiec, Repty Śląskie, Stare Tarnowice, Rybna, Strzybnica, Opatowice. Winter maintenance of roads in Region 2 includes, among others, the following activities: on-call duty, snow removal and de-icing – standard 2 and standard 3, ice removal, additional snow removal and de-icing, control, preparation of documentation of performed activities, spot sweeping, post-winter sweeping, suspension of the winter maintenance period. The detailed description of the subject of the contract for Part 2 is contained in the annexes to the SWZ, i.e. the template contract for Part 2 together with its annexes – Annex 8b to the SWZ, the description of the subject of the contract for Part 2, constitutes Annex 2 to the contract template entitled "Winter Maintenance Rules" for Region 2 together with Annex 1, Annex 7 and Annex 8 to the contract.
