The Senate Properties invites applications to participate in the procurement of Business Background Evaluation Services for the contract period 11.1.2027 - 10.1.2030 (with an option for 1+1 years). The purpose of the Business Background Evaluation Service is to produce a reliable and comprehensive evaluation of a company's and a natural person's operational reliability to support decision-making. The evaluation is based on background information collected from open sources and registers of authorities and equivalent foreign registers (e.g. trade registers and tax administration registers) and their systematic analysis. The final result of the service is a written report delivered to the client, which includes the collected background information, a summary analysis, an overall evaluation of the reliability of the activities, as well as identified risks and other notable factors. The exact requirements of the procurement will be described in the invitation to tender. The procurement includes special requirements related to security and preparedness, which are more specifically presented in the procurement documents. THIS NOTICE IS AN INVITATION TO PARTICIPATE in a two-stage procurement procedure. All candidates meeting the suitability requirements will be selected for the tender phase of the procurement procedure.
