Germany – Architectural and related services – Sanierung Mehrzweckhalle Kindsbach | TGA

The municipality of Kindsbach (Verbandsgemeinde Landstuhl) intends to renovate the Kindsbach multi-purpose hall. The multi-purpose hall serves as a sports and events hall and is divided into the building sections sports hall, changing room block and kitchen block. A section on the west side (two-story building) has been sold in the meantime and is not the subject of the renovation. The changing room block and parts of the sports hall were renovated approximately 5 years ago. The municipality of Kindsbach is therefore tendering architectural services in accordance with § 73 VgV for the renovation of the Kindsbach multi-purpose hall. The subject of the tender are the performance phases 1 to 9 according to § 55 HOAI with basic and special services. A phased commissioning of the individual performance phases is planned. Parallel to this procedure, the services of the object planning as well as the structural planning will be tendered in separate procedures.
