Poland – Refuse and waste related services – Odbiór, transport i zagospodarowanie odpadów gromadzonych w Punkcie Selektywnej Zbiórki Odpadów Komunalnych (PSZOK), zlokalizowanym przy ul. Zdrojowej 122 w Iwoniczu-Zdroju, w roku 2027.

The subject of the contract is: 1. collection, transport and disposal of waste collected at the Selective Waste Collection Point (PSZOK), with the exception of the disposal of biodegradable and green waste, 2. collection and transport to the Regional Waste Recovery Centre (RCO) in Krośnie at ul. Białobrzeskiej 108 of biodegradable and green waste collected at the Selective Waste Collection Point (PSZOK). Description of the subject of the contract: I. The contractor will carry out the collection, transport and disposal of the following waste from PSZOK: 1. Construction and demolition, including: a) rubble, b) mineral wool, c) polystyrene, d) building glass, e) gypsum plasterboard, 2. Bulky, 3. End-of-life tyres, 4. Clothing and textiles, 5. Expired medicines, 6. Packaging containing residues of hazardous substances or contaminated with them, 7. Waste electrical and electronic equipment, 8. Hazardous waste – other including used batteries and accumulators 9. Waste not qualifying as medical waste generated in the household as a result of taking medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, especially needles and syringes. II. The contractor will carry out the collection and transport of biodegradable and green waste directly to the Regional Waste Recovery Centre (RCO) in Krośnie, at ul. Białobrzeskiej 108. III. Contract execution period: from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027. IV. The collection, transport and disposal of waste covered by the contract are the responsibility of the contractor, with the proviso of the rules regarding the disposal of biodegradable and green waste, which should be transferred to the Regional Waste Recovery Centre (RCO) in Krośnie. With regard to the remaining municipal waste, the contracting authority does not specify the installation or place of their disposal, leaving the choice in this respect to the contractor. The contractor is obliged to make a choice of the place of waste disposal taking into account the principle of rationality and economy, in particular by minimizing the costs of contract implementation and choosing the most cost-effective solution from the available options, provided that the applicable legal and environmental requirements are met. All costs related to the implementation of the contract, including the costs of collection and transport of waste and their disposal, with the exception of the costs of disposal of biodegradable and green waste in RCO in Krośnie, which are borne by the contracting authority on the terms set out in the agreement, are borne by the contractor. These costs should be included in the unit prices offered in the offer. The contracting authority will not incur any additional costs related to the implementation of the contract other than the costs of disposal of biodegradable and green waste, as mentioned above.
