This mission includes a heavy rehabilitation of an existing building of approximately 4 600 m². The planned works comprise the complete restructuring of the building, bringing it up to technical and regulatory standards, energy efficiency improvements, as well as external arrangements. The aim is to meet the requirements for comfort, safety and sustainability, while respecting financial and regulatory constraints.
