If the Contracting Authority actually decides to remain the risk bearer through a private insurance, the Contract will be awarded to the most suitable party and the resulting granting of a contract. The evaluation of the Registrations will take place on the basis of the award criterion best price-quality ratio (BPQR). This criterion is further described in this tender. The Contracting Authority has 12,702 employees on the reference date 31-12-2025. The maximum WIA wage sum in 2025 amounts to € 552,792,673. The actual size of the contract is known after the final premium submission WGA insurance.
