Czechia – Construction work – Zámek Kačina – rekonstrukce vybraných částí zámku včetně nové expozice – realizace

The subject of the public contract is the implementation of construction and restoration works at the address NZM Kačina, Svatý Mikuláš 51, 284 01 Kutná Hora. The subject of the public contract is the reconstruction of part of the basement of the NZM Kačina branch. As part of the reconstruction, the renovation of degraded plaster surfaces and complete painting will be carried out, ventilated floors will be installed, floor surfaces will be renovated, an external ventilation cavity will be created in the rooms of the castle baths, openings will be refilled, technical equipment (ZTI, electrical, EPS, EZS) will be renovated, heating of part of the room will be ensured, ventilation of the new sanitary facilities will be ensured, lighting will be replaced including the installation of exhibition lighting and the nearby surroundings of the building and the gutter walkway will be adapted (reshaped) for the drainage of rainwater from the building. Since the affected building is a national cultural monument, the works will be carried out under the supervision of the heritage care authorities and will include restoration work in the spaces of the castle baths.
